The registration fees do not cover
insurance or accommodation.
The organizers recommend travel insurance.

Terms of
payment
All fees should be paid in advance in
EUROs. Personal, company or euro cheques will NOT be
accepted.
Two methods of payment are possible:
1. Bank transfer made payable to

Make sure to give participant ’s name
in the bank transfer details. All payments must be “free
of any charges for he payee ”, i.e. all bank charges have
to be borne by the sender.
2.Credit card: VISA, Master Card
or Eurocard are accepted. Clearly state your credit card
details on the registration form. If the given information
is wrong or the credit company does not give authorization
to charge your account, the secretariat is entitled to
charge the higher rate.
