TO FINLAND
Dear Friends and Colleagues!
I am proud and happy to invite the whole IFCO family
as well as new friends of IFCO to the seventh European Conference in
Tampere, Finland.
This IFCO 2002 conference will take us back to the
basics of foster care, to the meaning of a good childhood, family and
home. We shall learn how to listen to a child. We shall experience how
emotions affect life in foster families. We shall try to find out how we
can support foster children to feel at home with themselves throughout
their whole life.
We are pleased to offer you an inspiring conference
in a beautiful area of Finland. We are even happier to have this wonderful
chance to share thoughts and information about foster care at an European
level.

We will do our best to make You feel at home at the IFCO 2002 Conference
